Mitch B. Janik, J.D.

Mitch grew up in the Northwest Oklahoma City area, where he has called home since 1979 and currently lives with his wife Katie and son Carson.  Having known Marty and Tammy for many years, he joined them in 2010 to help build the unique Estate Planners for Life(TM) estate planning experience for clients. 

 He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma City University in 2007 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010.  He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma since 2010 and Texas since 2018.

 Mitch has been an active member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys (NNEPA) since 2012.  In 2014, he completed the NNEPA "Advanced Practicum Implementation Program" and became a Certified NNEPA Three Step Strategy(TM) Estate Planning Attorney.  Since then, Mitch has focused his law practice on trust estate planning and estate settlement.  He serves as the Co-Chair of the NNEPA Trust Administration and Settlement Development Committee where he regularly teaches other attorneys developments in trust estate administration strategies.  He also regularly gives educational presentations to the general public regarding estate planning topics.
